1. Telesales Representatives/Agents

We are looking for well spoken sales individuals to be responsible for following generated leads and producing sales over the phone.

The Telesales Representatives responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focus on customer needs and use them to close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitch products and initiate sales with potential customers over the phone
  • Ask engaging questions customers to keep conversations going
  • Listen to the customers’ needs and inform them of relevant products
  • Create lasting relationships with customers and use them to generate repeat sales
  • Gather and document customer information, payment methods
  • Keep up to date on all sold products and packages
  • Answer customer questions regarding products
  • Meet sales targets

Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Must have strong telephone ettiquette and communication skills
  • Previous telesales experience is a must
  • Own vehicle (advantage) and valid license required
  • 6 month contract

2. Outbound Call Centre Agents wanted in Joburg

You must hold an RE5, DOFA date, and hold FAIS Credits depending on DOFA date, candidates must have experience in selling insurance products/Life Cover or Warranties or call centre selling experience
You will not be considered if you do not have this. Seeking candidates with a stable track record, with proven sales skills with these products.
